Hip Hop Guru Gramz Just Dropped a New Track, 'Pick Up A Bag', Listen

Gramz sent DJ Choice from The DJ Grid his new record 'Pick Up a Bag' this week. If we had to pick a song out of the thousands of submissions to feature, this would definitely be Top 10. Gramz spoke with DJ Choice tonight and from what we learned, everybody adopted the name 'Granddaddy' because he always tried to lead people in the right direction with wisdom, knowledge and over standing; in effort to keep his people from bad decisions.

Munie Gramz grew up listening to 8Ball and MJG, E-40, SCARFACE, Geto Boys, Nas, SPICE 1, UGK, Skinny Pimp, Too Short, Gangsta Black, Playa Fly, Wreckless Klan, Goodie Mob, Juvenile and Outkast mostly everybody from Texas, including Twista and Top Authority. All in all, He's deeply rooted in the South. Gramz mentioned to our writers that he also vibes to blues, jazz & rock-n- roll. His first project which is called "Highly Favored" was a project produced with several live instruments from some of the top musicians in the world including Tony Sarno and Pino Squillace.
